What if I have an Limited Liability Company and file my personal taxes before my business taxes are done?

I did my personal taxes before my comany taxes because I thougt the Conversion from an LLC to a Corporation happend last year (this is when I submitted the paperwork). However, the conversion to a Corp did'nt happen untill January 1st 2010. I am wondering if I need to do an amendment or if there is a way to correct my mistake. I dont want to owe.
