Help! My 8 month old shih tzu is scared of her food bowl?

The bowl was made of metal and when she would go eat, her dog tag would hit it and make noise so now she's "traumatized". When she gets really hungry, she'll grab some food and run! How do I fix this? I've tried using a different bowl but she's still wary of it.
