For a PB gun is HPA and Nitrogen air the same?

I'm going to be buying a Smartparts 4500psi tank with Max-flo soon and I was wondering. I've heard people talking about Nitrogen air tanks and I've also heard High Pressure Air tanks... are they one in the same? I was just wondering.
