RNA is complementary to DNA(except Uracyl found instead of Tymine);however RNA is used for metabolic purposes and these metabolic purposes are mainly protein synthesis(there are a few pathways of RNA which is also resposible for protein translation)That is,one has a hard-disk inside something to encode several important functions,and doesn't want it to spoil and wants the information to be multiplied.The hard-disk is nucleus,and the information carrier is the mRNA.There are a lot of RNA's working in several pathways,mainly rRNA,tRNA for protein synthesis.
