I had a bad trip on spice ( need help)?

Today i tried spice, I had done it b4 but out of a joint but felt no effects, I only smoked once 4 this and never experienced a trip, but then I tried it w a homemade bong and i took a small hit and nothin just a tad dizzy so then i filled up the bowl again and then took a good rip held it in and mabye 25 secs later exhaled and i felt my heart rate go faster and my vision started shaking and at 1st i was like awesome im high...but then 15 seconds later it got 10 times worse my heart started beating 1,000 times harder and faster and i got paranoid thinking im gonna die and i layed down and closed my eyes and it got worse i keeped seeing 3 triangle comming at me in dark neon colors and my heart got even worse and i was thinking of telling some1 but id get in so much trouble so i got up and moved around and i got a bit better but it was still insane so i decided i needed to keep running so i went outside and ran for like a half of a mile and then my chest hurted really bad and so did my jaw..then i came back a bit but not completely bti wasnt paranoid anymore...worse 15 minutes of my life..now i cant go to sleep bc i feel dizzy and wierd inside but my tip happened lke 6 hours ago...I need help and i need 2 know wat i did wrong to experiance such a bad trip
