I have Aaron Rodgers for a starter, so would you trade Cutler(backup)for Santonio Holmes and Mark Sanchez?

In our league you don't get penalized for interceptions so that makes Cutler a little more Valuable. Part of Me says pull the trigger on this trade and add some depth to my Wide Reciever position since I already have a good Starting QB but if he gets hurt I don't want to be left with Sanchez. Plus the guy I'm trading with has alot of talent on his team his is just missing a QB, I mean his starting Qb is Sanchez because he didn't draft a QB till the 14th round, he also has Rothlestberger on his bench. So would I just be making a strong team even stronger by giving him his only a weakness a decent QB. What do you think I'm really torn on this one.
