Jst got my bfp this morning...?

Done a test at 6 this morning and it's positive yey :)) not been able to get back to sleep since :( so many things going through my mind! I'm about 4 weeks and 2 days have abit of watery discharge, keep feeling like af is about to arrive with really sore . Don't give up hope.. I nearly did and definatly worth it!! Good luck girls!!
