Do you think that Bruce Bowen deserved to be in at least one all star game?

I'm in no way a Bruce Bowen fan but I think that people like bruce bowen are overlooked and not given the Credit they deserve. He played a major role in 3 championships with his great defensive skills, but never made the all star game. What he did for his team had greater impact than many players that put up 20+ points a game. To me these team players who aren't flashy and don't score much but focus on things like defense and rebounding are often just as important as the go-to guy, in some cases more important, but they rarely make the all-star team and don't get paid nearly as much. To me this encourages players to be selfish and not play team basketball, because the intangibles are overlooked. The same was with Dennis rodman who was an all-star only twice dispite his major contobution to five championships. What do you guys think?
