Good Halloween Costume?

I need a scary (but not gory) Halloween Costume. I'm 5'4, and yes we all know I'm short for some one in there late 20's. It cant be over $50. Or at least try to keep it around that way. I'm trying to scare the neighbors. Its OK if its not that scary.

umm, a lot of time they put way to much vitamins then nessecary in each pill, break it in half and have it at every meal if it says thats safe. if you take 1-2 everytime you just pee out most of it and waste a ton of money :)

im not a dedicated follower, as some of the fashions i think are ridiculous and wouldnt be seen dead in, but i do care about my appearance, so do tend to try my best to look decent when leaving the house. I would never intentionally try and look like a dosser, although some days i just cant be bothered, and wear the first thing i can find.

Hispanics are American Indians/Native Americans distant cousins, would you agree?

I understand, the Spanish mixing with Aztec and Mayan and other Central and South American Natives.......but I'm talking about the United States which of course has ad-mixtures as well.
